Dog reactivity training in Highett
A dog that becomes highly excited or reactive around other dogs can make normal walks stressful.
Highett's local parks provide plenty of opportunities for controlled training around real-world distractions. The aim isn't simply to stop a behaviour temporarily - it is to improve communication and help your dog learn more appropriate responses.

In-home dog training Highett
We can also work with you at home to address problems such as barking, jumping, poor manners, lead preparation and difficulty settling.
Dogs need to learn that walking beside their owner is rewarding and that responding to a recall cue remains worthwhile even when something more exciting is happening.
This is particularly important around off-leash areas. Highett Reserve contains a dedicated dog exercise area, while other parts of the reserve have different uses and restrictions.

What Caitlin says...
I was so impressed with my session with Donal! His deep understanding of dog behaviour is incredible, and I learned so much about how to effectively communicate with my dog. I was amazed at the instant changes I saw in Vegas after the session. Thank you so much for your help!
